You can't beat the view of the Alaska Range from Camp Denali, with Denali (Mt. McKinley) dominating the range at 20,320 ft (6194 m). The panorama above was taken around 10:45 p.m. halfway up the ridge behind Camp Denali.

The view above is from a ridge on Polychrome Pass, at the start of an overnight backcountry hiking trip in Denali National Park. The view encompasses about a 300 degree view, with Denali in the distance, obscured by clouds and not really visible. We hiked down the ridge on the far right.
