Tatu is rocketing out of Russia on a tidal wave of titillating press coverage. This manufactured pop confection takes Britney’s schoolgirl act to another level — or to new depths, if you’re one of the concerned citizens apoplectic about the short skirts and lesbian posing. Sure, it’s all manufactured for a good, strong shock. But they’re meant to appeal to the thirteen-year-old girls who drive the development of popular music, not to dirty old men (who spend money on porn, not pop music).
Surprisingly, Tatu isn’t just another tired, roll-your-eyes,
Listen here…
Heavily produced and definitely bubblegum music. But all bubblegum music should be this good.

I’m really sick of t.a.t.u.
they’ve been in the UK chart for ages.
I just don’t like them period….
Bubblegum does lose its flavor quickly.
Those girls are hot.
They have great voices, great songs and look fantastic. Anyone who don’t like them must have something wrong with them. Girls with attitude….
I like them alot too! I like their russian songs the best :)
They have a big harizma
i think the girls did really well in Eurovision. Only 3 points away form the first place. I think the judges from england and Ireland were really unfair not giving them any points. Anyway they are the winners in my heart. Good on them for singing in Russian in Eurovision. I think their patriotism towards russia is really great.
Another scandal about Tatu is happening in Japan.
Tatu’s controversial phase had another meaning in here.
That is, their concept of music business.
Many Japanese funs doubt about their professionalism.
But I can enjoy their radical behaviors.
I remember that the era of Sex Pistols.
Pistols fought against society by using violent images.
Tatu fight against society by using sexual images, and many people hate them.
In that sense, Tatu girls are the pistols in the 21st century.
I went to a concert on Dec. 2, 2003. It was AWESOME!! I’ve been to many heavy metal concerts, and yeah, some have sucked ass. I love russian music and t.A.T.y. rocks. The concert at the Tokyo Dome was freakin’ SWEET! I didn’t want them to stop. SERIOUSLY! Not just because they are beautiful, but because they are true professionals.
